Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of Ultra-Wideband (UWB) measurements in real life car environments after introduction from senior colleagues.
• Statistical analysis of measurement results in MATLAB or Python.
• Documentation of measurement results.
• Feasibility studies and exploration of new use cases for Ultra-Wideband (UWB).

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, information and computer engineering, software engineering, physics or similar.
• Fundamental knowledge of MATLAB or Python, or experience with other programming languages and willingness to learn.
• Personal engagement and self-driven way of working.
• Good communication skills in English or German.
• Experience with Raspberry Pi embedded platform is a plus.
• Basic electronics and electrical engineering laboratory skills are a plus (soldering, handling of measurement equipment).
• Basic IT network knowledge is a plus (setup of Local Area Networks (LANs))
• Experience with versioning tools like Git or SVN is a plus.
• Knowledge in radio frequency engineering or wave propagation is a plus.
• Knowledge in signal processing is a plus.
• Availability around 16h/week.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 16- gross/hour.
