Responsibilities
- representative of Miba battery component activities in China, interface to the Austrian development and sales team
- business development for new and innovative battery components within chinese automotive industry
- set up the organisation and team for a sustainable business in China
- guide and lead a small team (technical and commercial) in daily tasks and challenges
- developing successful long-term customer relationships by acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers
- convince customers of our outstanding technical solution
- processing inquiries, prepare individual offers and negotiations
- market observation and analyses including identification of innovative potential
- participation in trade fairs, expo's, shows and networking groups
Requirements
- technical or business degree
- several years of experience in technical sales, preferably e-mobility
- solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- independent, systematic and proactive working style
- hands on mentality
- valid driving licence
- excellent German communication skills
