We are hiring an extensive Sales & Operations professional, who can take on this responsibility to achieve new goals with us, and is interested in growing further into other Sales & Operations Planning roles. In this challenging and combined role of MAFO & Base Resin Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing cost minimal schedule within the boundaries of the plan. You will develop tool supported production schedules with optimal production cycle and minimal cost for finished goods and providing feedback on schedule feasibility to supply planning. You will manage availability based on our segmentation for exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also manage cost-optimal inventory structure, changes in production schedule based on transition matrix and safety stock utilization decisions in alignment with demand response team.
As our new Scheduler, these will be your main responsibilities:
- You execute the cycle and production plan for your plant within the right circle and within the right time
- You actively contribute to the efficiency of the production cycle
- You follow up local inventory and stock placement policy, reduce slow moving stock, and ensure accuracy of all stocks by timely and accurate goods receipt
- You align with production and material flow on up-to-date transition matrices and sequence lists, are responsible for related master data input and actively utilize the transition matrix to achieve cost minimal schedules.
- You create selling awareness: pro-actively pushes sales via Demand Response to balance the inventory
- You adjust volumes offered for sales on a packaging level to maintain availability
- You manage and find solutions for local supply crisis situation
- You participate in Customer Support Teams in order to drive & continuously improve the our processes for improved customer satisfaction at optimised cost
About you
You have already several years of experience in a supply chain, business or operations environment. You have a University degree (Bachelors/Masters) in a related field, example in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management or Economics. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can communicate fluently in German and in English. You have experience through being responsible of different steps of Sales & Operations Planning and cross functional operations processes in the past, have excellent knowledge in "SAP-APO". You also have a good understanding of a combination of business, supply chain and finance know how. You are a strong supporter of fact based decision-making and business case preparations. You have excellent analysis and conceptualisation skills and excellent presentation skills based upon an ability to compile analyses and propose solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and resilient candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a proven ability to work effectively under
pressure while maintaining a high standard of work quality. You are willing to go the extra mile, while continuously developing further within the interesting world of S&OP. Thinking of ambitions, you are interested to grow further within our S&OP organization (material flow scheduling, production scheduling or even team leader). Finally, you are a strong influencer who sets directions, engages and inspires people and is able to translate complex situations into simple terms.

Following Austrian law regulations, we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 60.212,18 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
