Your responsibilites

• Leading and planning the deployment of employees and subcontractors to ensure efficient and successful implementation of installation projects
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety standards, deadlines, quality requirements, cost targets, and environmental aspects throughout the project
• Compiling deficiency lists to identify potential problems or weaknesses in the installation and taking appropriate measures to address them
• Continuously optimizing processes and workflows through regular analysis and improvement suggestions from employees and subcontractors, ensuring constant enhancement of efficiency and quality in installation projects worldwide
• Creating "As Built" documentation for installation modifications to ensure precise and complete documentation of the installation process, including international projects
• Taking responsibility for international projects and closely collaborating with global teams in regions such as Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe

Your qualifications

• Completed electrical engineering education (HTL, technical school, master craftsman, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction and experience with medium-voltage switchgear
• Excellent German and English skills (B2/C1)
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Enjoyment of traveling and high willingness for international assignments

Our client offers an attractive salary package for this position starting at EUR55,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
