Job description

In your new role you will:

• Engage with our customers and act as a senior technical advisor to establish trust in Infineon's car access solutions
• Analyze and structure application requirements as well as system architectures for Infineon's Car Access solutions
• Translate application requirements and interpret system-related stakeholder demands for products and solutions
• Strong influence on application and product roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive implementation of reference designs using Infineon product portfolio
• Influence standardization authorities worldwide and provide requirements for Infineon's offerings
• Engage in technical trend scouting and foster the development of next-generation application features

Profile

You know how to access your full potential and constantly strive to achieve the best performance for yourself and your team. You have the courage to express and represent controversial opinions, because you know that new creative ideas arise from appreciative professional discussions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or a related field with focus on car access solutions
• Deep understanding of the car access applications, use cases and systems
• At least 10+ years of professional experience in car access solutions in automotive industry
• An independent working style with the ability to work with different teams
• Remarkable skills in listening to various viewpoints, incorporating them, articulating the value of solution and defending the architectural choice
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills added as a plus
