Senior Engineering & Automation Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of Automation Projects, focusing on but not limited to Intralogistics.
The Role of Senior Engineering & Automation Specialist includes coordinating and monitoring all trades and interfaces from planning to acceptance and ensuring Red Bull standards throughout the project. Senior Engineering & Automation Specialist together with internal stakeholders creates and develops customized Red Bull concepts and standards. Senior Automation Specialist is also responsible for vendor evaluation and evaluation of new technologies. Senior Automation Specialist reports to the Manager Plant Engineering & Automation.

From project inception to handover, we oversee the implementation of automation projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Integrating new automation systems within existing infrastructure is a critical aspect of our work, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption. We develop comprehensive RampUp concepts and provide robust support to operations during this critical phase, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance from the start.
A key focus of our efforts is to establish and continuously improve company-wide standards for automation practices. This ensures a consistent and high-quality approach across all automation projects. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
