For our location in Klagenfurt/Austria, which specializes in the development of wind turbines, we are offering the following position:

Technical Engineer - Electrical & Software Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues, both internally and for customers, after prototype approval.
• Travel to customer sites to investigate, diagnose, and gather detailed information on technical issues, ensuring a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Work closely with internal teams, including our office locations in US, Austria and India, and external partners to coordinate and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain and own a comprehensive "One List" of all customer-related issues, ensuring visibility and timely resolution across teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Drive issue resolution activities from identification through to closure, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Your profile

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in providing technical support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical challenges and projects concurrently, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across global teams and departments, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• A customer-orientated mindset with a genuine interest in collaborating with diverse cultures.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments, up to 25% of the time.
