Responsibilities
- Ensure that our CAD/CAx servers run smoothly and efficiently, while also diving into business processes to uncover insights and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for application development and implementation.
- Provide training and support for CAD/CAx users and generate technical documentation and user guides.
- CAD/CAx Server Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain CAD/CAx servers and related software.
- Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD/CAx systems.
- Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to CAD/CAx systems.
- Document business processes and requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement project objectives.
Requirements
- HTL in Information Technology or similar and professional experience in administration of IT systems.
- Strong background in business analysis and proficiency with CAD/CAx software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and server management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German and English.

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 57,600 EUR /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
