Packaging Data & Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You"ll provide day-to-day support for Buying teams and external Business Partners in submitting packaging data
- Managing and verifying multiple internal data sources to gather external packaging data
- You"ll develop bespoke reports to offer data insights and support implementation projects for internal teams
- You"ll co-develop packaging KPI dashboards to share with the international business
- Challenge data accuracy and drive progress to ensure a higher standard is achieved
- You"ll manage the day-to-day operations of our external packaging data consultant, including chairing weekly meetings and reviewing reports and recyclability assessments
- Solving internal and external data challenges to ensure smooth operations
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As Packaging Data & Reporting Specialist, you have relevant work experience in managing large and complex datasets, preferably related to packaging or other sustainability-focused data
- You are passionate about sustainability
- You possess strong analytical skills and a keen interest in improving data quality.
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Experienced with Tableau or other programming languages is a plus.
- You have solid project management skills and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Confident in overseeing the daily tasks of an external consultant
- You have business-fluent English skills (additional languages, especially German, are a plus)
- You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain complex data requirements to various stakeholders
- You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
