WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
- Analyze quality levels and lead improvement projects to enhance ALPLA's Operational Excellence and customer satisfaction
- Drive the QA problem-solving program with hands-on support and performance monitoring
- Support QA teams regionally in Quality Awareness, Qualification Processes, Control Methods, and CAQ software
- Conduct training on process control and lab testing methods
- Assist plants in the Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) process, including organization, execution, and reporting
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
- Degree in chemistry or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
- Over 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficient with lab equipment (calipers, scales, CMM) for accurate testing
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) for data management and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Team-oriented, service-minded, and open to training others
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Willing to travel up to 50%
