From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity(tm) tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You'll report to Iosif Damsa, Supply Chain Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Could you be the full-time Technical Clearance (f/m/d) in Vienna we're looking for?

We'll look for you to:

  • Source and compile technical information for the creation of new spare parts in SAP and document management systems, ensuring accurate identification through various documentation.
  • Provide technical data to support purchasing and sales in addressing supplier inquiries and creating customer quotations, while communicating with suppliers to clarify technical questions
  • Create and update materials in SAP, ensuring all mandatory fields meet quality requirements and managing technical clarification of unknown components
  • Assist in maintaining spare parts catalogs for customer fleets and review customer orders in collaboration with Services Engineering and Project Management for complex cases
  • Develop technical documentation for customer offers, ensure timely spare parts supply, and conduct process calculations to support inquiry processing and obsolescence management

  • Completed technical education or completed higher technical school
  • Practical experience in SAP R3 / SD module and PDM
  • Engineering knowledge
  • Decision-making ability, team spirit, and flexibility
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

  • The minimum salary for this position is EUR 40.460 gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
