For our Schwechat and Monza plants we are currently looking for a HSE Manager, a role in which you have the chance to prove that you can lead yourself, drive change, deliver impact and grow people. We look for a true ambassador and role model of Borealis safety culture.
As the HSE Manager, and a member of the local leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and foster a world class HSE culture. You will be responsible for the local implementation of HSE processes in line with objectives and operating principles. In this role, you will lead a team of local HSE professionals, who you will guide in developing their skills by creating a motivating work culture. With HSE as a core value, you have a strong responsibility to proactively promote and promote health, safety and environmental awareness and behavior at the location.

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 112.861,28 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
