In your role as a Power Module Design Engineer, you collaborate with a dedicated team to create innovative power modules for traction drives. Your main objective is to design power modules for inverters used in traction drives, focusing on voltages up to 1000V and currents up to 800A. The design decisions are shaped by factors such as semiconductor properties, parasitic electrical elements, thermal connection, and considerations for product lifespan. By ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements, your role plays a critical part in our success.

A person who enjoys collaborating interdisciplinary and across sites (with colleagues from power electronics, PCB development, module housing development, etc.) would be a perfect fit.

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least EUR 4,500 (14 x p.a .) for this position. The actual salary will then be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
