Your future role
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a 5-person development team
- Coordination and oversight of ongoing projects
- Active involvement in the conception, development, and testing of products (electronic design, firmware development in C/C++, prototyping, etc.)
- Organization, execution, and documentation of verification and validation processes
Desired qualifications
- University degree in Medical Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the development of mechatronic devices, with a focus on firmware and electronics development
- Expertise in leading projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., medical technology, automotive industry)
- Flexible and proactive personality with an open mindset
- Very good English skills, German proficiency is a plus
